地域コミュニティの皆さま向けにBBQパーティーを開催いたしました

コロナ対策のため少人数での開催となりましたが、本格的なバーベキューと観光カフェで実際にお出しするアイスコーヒーを一足先に味わっていただきました！

なんと今回のバーベキューで使用したお野菜は全て参加して頂いた方々の持ち寄り

さすが皆さま家庭菜園のプロ！それぞれ自慢のお野菜や果物がずらっと勢ぞろい、朝採れの新鮮なお野菜の味は本当に格別でした

中には家からわざわざ炊飯器を持ってきておにぎりを握ってくれたお客様もいらっしゃり、まさに高知県のおきゃく文化を体現したようなバーベキューパーティーとなりました

炭火で豪快に焼いたお肉をお腹いっぱい召し上がっていただいた後は、焼きマシュマロとアイスコーヒーを味わいながら観光カフェのイメージを皆んなで語り合いました！

観光カフェスペースが完成する頃にはコロナも落ち着き、たくさんの方々が集まり楽しめるスペースになることを願っています！

7月から始まったクラウドファンディングもいよいよ期限が迫ってまいりました。

現在47名の方からご支援を頂いており、残りあと12日となりました！

Last Sunday,

We held a barbecue party for the local community to show off a tourist cafe space!

Although it was held with a small number of people due to COVID-19, we were able to full-fledged barbecue and iced coffee that was actually served at the tourist cafe.

All the vegetables used in this barbecue were brought in by the participants

As expected, everyone is a home garden professional! The vegetables and fruits that they are proud of were lined up in rows, and the taste of the fresh vegetables picked in the morning was really delicious!

After enjoying the charcoal-grilled meat and vegetables to our heart's content, we enjoyed roasted marshmallows and iced coffee while talking about the image of a tourist cafe!

We hope that more people will come to this place when the tourist cafe is completed!
